For Meridian Community College alumna Gloria Brown, the phrase "You are never too old to follow your dreams" rings true.
MCC has often been referred to as family, and the phrase revealed its literal meaning because many faculty and staff members had family members who graduated from the College this month.
Meridian Community College faculty and staffers were applauded for service and were spotlighted for achievements when the MCC Foundation and the MCC Faculty Staff Association combined efforts for an end-of-academic-year luncheon.
"My favorite part of this job," Wright said, "is sharing my passion for psychology with students and helping them to maximize their fullest potential by applying what they have learned in everyday life."
