Music Department
MCC's Music Department is designed to provide students with a broad exposure to the performing arts and to develop the basic technical skills necessary to pursue further training for a professional career in the arts. Our Music Programs are instructed by highly skilled faculty with stellar exhibition and performance records who are committed to providing students with the best instruction. Concert Choir
The Meridian Community College Concert Choir consists of both music majors and non-majors and focuses on performing choral music from a variety of style periods. Concert Choir provides opportunities for students to develop their musical potential and aesthetic understanding.Dimensions
The Dimensions is Meridian Community College’s high-energy vocal band. The group is featured at campus and community events, civic events, festivals, pageants and high schools on a local and state level. They present an exciting show with a live band.Guitar Ensemble
The Meridian Community College Guitar Ensemble is offered to give guitar students the opportunity to perform in a group setting. The repertoire includes music from the Renaissance to modern day.
