For Terrey Roberts, breast cancer has impacted her life twice.
At 51 years of age, I was diagnosed with stage one breast cancer. It never occurred to me that my routine mammogram would detect cancer.
"It's a day we devote as an institution where we invest in the community," said Brandon Dewease, associate dean for student engagement at MCC and event coordinator.
Being financially savvy makes sense, but sometimes the path to financial stability isn't always straightforward.
That's the advice Cindy Scott gives to others because it was an annual test that discovered her breast cancer in August 2018.
