Preparing for a new school year means more than just getting a new backpack and tennis shoes. For MCC faculty, staff, and administration, getting ready for a new year started with convocation - a first for the College.
August marks Dr. Crane's 20th year at MCC. When asked what's the most enjoyable aspect of her job, she said, "The ability to help faculty and students excel in what they do."
10 MCCers began their study in the newly-created leadership and professional development program, Eagles Leadership Convocation. This nine-month program will help hone communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
