Some 2,600 people made their way to Meridian Community College's Track to take part in the third annual Candy Cruise hosted by the Eagle's Nest Bookstore.
The events spotlighted the renewal of the commitment to fighting breast cancer; it also served to raise awareness and support those affected by breast cancer, said event organizer Phyllis Holladay.
