Recognizing the international students who are making MCC their home away from home, MCC observed International Student Day with treats and celebrations.
In this season of giving thanks, Meridian Community College students, staff, and faculty members rolled up their shirt sleeves and opened their arms to give blood during the College's blood drive.
"If you are a student, a staff member, or a faculty member with a 'closet artist' label, now is the time to let your light shine," said Terrell Nicholson-Taylor, art instructor and curator for the exhibit.
Meridian Community College honored veterans - both those on campus and in the community - a day before the traditional tributes were to be held.
