Outstanding Dental Assisting Student

Sadie is a sophomore from Philadelphia, MS and a 2017 graduate from Leake Academy. She is majoring in the Dental Assisting Technology program and plans to enroll in the Dental Hygiene Program at MCC. This award is presented to a student who possesses qualities and character exemplified by a professional in dental assisting. The student maintains an open and inquiring attitude with faculty, patients, dentists, and auxiliary staff in offices they are assigned to during clinical experiences. He or she should possess a neat, professional appearance necessary for a dental health care worker and be self-motivated. Grades must be among the top three in the class after completion of the fall semester; he or she should exhibit good work ethic and have minimal absences and tardies. Congratulations, Sadie Fulton.
