Outstanding Industrial Maintenance Technician Student (Two-Year Program)

David is a sophomore from Meridian MS and a 2018 graduate of West Lauderdale High School. He is majoring in the Industrial Maintenance Technician program. He plans to look for long-term employment in a modern manufacturing facility and expand his knowledge as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. This award is presented to an Industrial Maintenance Technician student in the final semester of this two-year program. The student receiving this award has excelled in the classroom, with online studies and also in demonstrated skills training. Award criteria include a demonstration of employability skills, the hands-on performance of assigned tasks, troubleshooting skills, and positive leadership as a part of a team.
