Ann Tucker Scholarship

Allie is a sophomore from Meridian, MS and a 2018 graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School. She is majoring in the Early Childhood Education Technology program and plans to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. This scholarship is awarded each year to a graduating student who plans to continue their education in the field of early childhood education. The scholarship award is named after Ann Tucker, who served on the Program's Advisory Council, directed a local community child-care center, and further supported the program by providing a lab site for what is now known as Preschool and Primary Development. This award is based on career goals, community service, and the applicant's philosophy of working with young children. We congratulate Allie Roberson.
