Study skills. Mental health. Resilience. These three components are intertwined and essential to student success, said Lowell Martin, study skills instructor and Success Center director, when he spoke to students at the November LEAD session.
For Meridian Community College staffer Janet Parrett, a failing grade in medical records history class turned her life around and has impacted the countless lives of others.
The exhibit, running from Nov. 11 through Jan. 30, spotlights the work of Alabama Art Casting, a nonprofit dedicated to engaging audiences with metal casting techniques and the artistry of iron pouring.
With cameras in hand and creativity in mind, Meridian Community College students, faculty, and staff answered the call for submissions for the National Chemistry Week's "A Walk in Nature" competition.
