Lady Eagles ready for 2026 softball season at Tommy McDonald Field

MCC will welcome Baseball Hall of Famer Chipper Jones to campus on Saturday, Feb. 7, for Legends of the Game: A Night with Chipper Jones, an event supporting MCC Baseball as part of the program's annual fundraising efforts.
Esports is organized, competitive video gaming that often involves individuals or teams playing video games under set rules in tournaments or leagues, at amateur or professional levels. MCC's team is part of the National Junior College Athletic Association Esports.
MCC celebrated the opening of the Tommy McDonald Softball Field at Citizens National Bank Sports Complex with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, giving the Lady Eagles Softball Team a new field of their own.
MCC will host its annual A Night with MCC Baseball on Jan. 25. This event will feature a "hot stove" style discussion with special guest speakers, allowing baseball enthusiasts to hear from some of the top minds in the sport.
