College for Kids wraps up another term

MCC's College for Kids wrapped up its first week of summer fun, and excitement is already building for another round of learning and laughter when students return on Monday, June 9.
MCC's popular summer program College for Kids is once again giving hundreds of children a hands-on learning experience that's fun and rewarding. The two-week camp serves children ages 6 to 12.
Seven MCC Associate Degree Nursing students received scholarships from Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center to continue their studies in the College's program. The scholarships are $2,500 each.
MCC's College for Kids will again host youths ages 6-12 on campus to learn, have fun, and create memories. Led this year by Ashlee Dean, program coordinator, this large-scale event will be June 2-6 and June 9-13.
