FBLA middle schoolers to come to campus March 24

More than 450 middle school students are expected to come to Meridian Community College campus on Friday, March 24, to participate in the FBLA-Middle Level competition.
For the March session, participants in the MCC Eagle Leadership Convocation learned about crisis management from Dr. Kimberly M. Ennis, who is the founder of KME Consulting Group.
The Meridian Community College Math and Science Division hosted the regional Seventh and Eighth Grade Math Tournament, sponsored by the Mississippi Council of Teachers of Mathematics.
Seven MCC students won 11 awards during the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) state competition at the organization's conference held at Mississippi University for Women.
As the Humanities Instructor of the Year, MCC Social Science Instructor John Reeves presented his lecture, "Don't Throw Out the Baby with the Bathwater: Teaching Historical Truth in the Age of Wokeness."
