Meridian Community College student Justin Ramirez won the top award for his Japanese block print-styled work, "Frogs," in the College's Annual Visual Arts Exhibition and Competition.
Tommy Miller didn't have to go far to take his first steps toward a career he loved - in fact, it was just down the road. Miller is a natural resource specialist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. His office: Okatibbee Lake.
Floyd served with the presidential airlift security group, performing command and control of all posts and patrols on duty. Today, she is an honors student with a dream to become a naturopathic doctor.
MCC celebrated the opening of the Tommy McDonald Softball Field at Citizens National Bank Sports Complex with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, giving the Lady Eagles Softball Team a new field of their own.
