MCC recognizes National Yoga Month with free classes

Meridian Community College will recognize National Yoga Month by offering free yoga sessions every Friday throughout September. The one-hour class begins at 11 a.m.

The classes, held in the Damon Fitness Center on the MCC campus, are open to MCC students, faculty, staff, and members of the community. All experience levels are welcome.

Led by certified instructors, each session is designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall wellness. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats; however, a limited number will be available on-site.
