Trio of pinning celebrations held on MCC campus
Students and faculty in the Radiologic Technology, Physical Therapist Assistant, and
Respiratory Care Practitioner programs are all smiles after each program’s pinning
ceremony.
Meridian Community College students in three separate health education programs, Respiratory Care Practitioner, Radiologic Technology, and Physical Therapist Assistant, received their professions’ pins in three different ceremonies on campus Thursday.
The pinning ceremony is a way for the College’s health education programs and instructors to honor and congratulate the graduates for their hard work and welcome them into their new profession.
Families and friends, and MCC administrators applauded the soon-to-be graduates at the events.
Receiving their pins in the Respiratory Care Practitioner program were Eris Alexandra Adams, Katrina Camille Digby, Samuel Allen Ethridge, Chrisyatta Rosh’a Horton, Roxanne Rae Rorie, Alexis A. Watkins, and Jayda Quasha Watts.
Radiologic Technology Program students getting their pins included Kia Marquisha Renea Bramlett, Samantha M. Barham, Erin Ashleigh Breland, Hannah Dues, Breana Cornelia Land, Megan I. Nowell, and Ladarius E. Portis.
Also receiving their pins were Physical Therapist Assistant students Andres E. Alonso, Henry Lavelle Anderson, Tywonna N. Clemons, Emily Lauren Duncan, Wesley Bryce Linton, Brandon Lee Martin, Summer Rae Martin, Hannah L. McPherson, Gerry Parker, Natalie R. Patchin, and Lindsey Fulton Pitts.
