MCC offers Friday Yoga classes for Yoga Month
Meridian Community College is continuing to celebrate National Yoga Month with free yoga classes every Friday in September. Open to faculty, staff, students, and community members, the classes are held in the Damon Fitness Center and are suitable for all skill levels.
Led by certified instructors, the sessions are designed to help participants relax, de-stress, and focus on wellness. Yoga mats are encouraged, but some will be provided.
