Meridian Community College will host its third and fourth graduation ceremonies today, Monday, May 11, as the College continues celebrating the Class of 2026.
Monday’s first ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. and will honor graduates from career and technical programs including Early Childhood; Business Office Management; Marketing Management; Truck Driving; Medical Office Management; Automotive Technology; Industrial Maintenance; Graphic Design; Culinary Arts; Electrical Technology; Welding; Media Production; Hospitality Management; Precision Machining; Network and Cyber Security; Software Coding; Digital Marketing; Accounting Technology; Utility Lineman; Diesel Mechanics; and Construction Trades.
The final graduation ceremony will begin at 1 p.m. Monday and will honor University Transfer graduates.
All ceremonies will be held on the MCC campus. Graham Gymnasium will serve as the main venue, with overflow seating available in McCain Theater.
Monday’s events will close out a full graduation schedule for the College. Before the Monday ceremonies, MCC held two graduations Friday, May 8. One ceremony honored nursing graduates, and the other honored graduates from health care programs.
The four ceremonies give MCC faculty, staff, family members and friends the chance to celebrate students from across the College’s many programs. For graduates, the events mark the end of one chapter and the start of another, whether they are entering the workforce, continuing their education or advancing in their current careers.
