Grief coping skills for the holidays to be explored

Meridian Community College’s Parent Services and Student Support office will host the session, Coping with Grief During the Holiday Season, on Monday, Nov. 13, from 1-2 p.m. in the McCain Theater in Ivy-Scaggs Hall. 

Dr. Lin Hogan, a clinical therapist with Weems Community Mental Health, leads the program and will offer perspectives and guidance on coping with grief during a particularly challenging time of year. The session aims to provide comfort and strategies for those who may be grieving the loss of loved ones or facing other difficult emotional experiences during the holiday season.
