Equipping students with decision-making skills was the focus of the October LEAD - Leadership Effectiveness and Development - session hosted by Meridian Community College's Campus Life.
Dr. Alexandria White, renowned for her work in diversity, equity, and inclusion, recently shared her insights with Meridian Community College's Eagles Leadership Convocation (E.L.C.).
Open to high school students, MCC students, and community members, the competition offers participants the chance to compete in Short Story, Informal Essay, and Poetry categories.
MCC earned Honor Roll recognition in seven key areas: Professional Development, Mission and Pride, Supervisor/Department Chair Effectiveness, Confidence in Senior Leadership, Faculty and Staff Well-being, Shared Governance, and Faculty Experience.
