Now is the time to take the LEAD with a professional development opportunity for those working at Meridian Community College. MCC is committed to building strong leaders in all areas of the College. By focusing exclusively on our employees, we can concentrate on important skills such as communication, leadership, and team building that can improve our college and create opportunities for personal growth and success.
Participants in the E.L.C. Institute will...
-
Identify critical leadership skills that can help take you to the next step in your career.
-
Collaborate with and learn from the College's executive leadership team as we discuss the opportunities facing MCC.
-
Engage in professional relationships and exchange ideas with other campus leaders.
-
Expand your perspectives and learn strategies that can help you work and build relationships across campus.
