  • To purchase a raffle ticket and be eligible to win, you must:
    • Be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase;
    • Be physically located within the State of Mississippi at the time of purchase; and
    • Not be an MCC Foundation employee or a member of the household of an MCC Foundation employee.
  • You do not have to be a Mississippi resident.

What happens if someone who is not eligible purchases a ticket?

  • If a ticket belonging to an ineligible purchaser is selected as the winning ticket, the purchaser will not be entitled to the prize and another winning ticket may be selected.

What are my odds of winning?

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible tickets sold.
  • Because no more than 600 tickets will be sold, the odds for each eligible ticket purchased will be no worse than 1 in 600.
  • Each ticket represents one separate entry in the drawing. A purchaser selecting the 12-ticket package receives 12 separate chances to win.

Is there a minimum number of tickets that must be sold?

  • Yes. Awarding of the Polaris RANGER 1000 is contingent upon the sale of at least 350 eligible, paid raffle tickets.
  • If 350 or more tickets are sold, the raffle will proceed as advertised and the Polaris RANGER 1000 will be awarded to the eligible winner.

What happens if fewer than 350 tickets are sold?

  • If fewer than 350 eligible, paid raffle tickets are sold by the close of ticket sales, the MCC Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to either:
    • Convert the raffle to a 50/50 cash drawing.
    • The winner will receive a cash prize equal to 50% of the gross eligible raffle ticket proceeds actually received, with the remaining 50% benefiting the MCC Foundation; OR
    • Cancel the raffle and refund eligible raffle ticket purchases.
  • If the raffle is converted to a 50/50 cash drawing, all eligible tickets already purchased will automatically remain entered in the drawing. No additional purchase will be necessary.
  • If the raffle is cancelled, refunds will be issued for eligible raffle ticket purchases.
