Housing Moveout

Dear Housing Residents,

MCC Resident Halls will be closed for Winter break December 7th through Jan 8th.  Housing facilities will re-open on Sunday January 15th at 1p.m.  New this year, all residents will be required to check out with a staff member of housing before leaving for Winter break.  This process is being instituted to ensure each room is cleaned, trash is disposed of, refrigerators are cleaned out and all perishable items are appropriately discarded.  At the completion of this checkout process, both the resident and the staff member will sign a checklist indicating that your living quarters are being left in a reasonable state.  Please stop by to see your respective Hall Director or Residential Assistant to set a date/time you will be leaving for us to complete your checkout. Failure to checkout or failure to adequately complete items on the checklist (listed above in italics) will result in a class “C” violation.
