Business Assistance

Business Assistance courses are designed to provide valuable information to those interested in starting a new business. You will learn how to investigate the business opportunity, what steps to take to get your business off the ground, and what to do to keep it going. Anyone thinking about a new business or entering the world of business ownership will benefit from these courses.


Gain experience and get paid! MCC's Eagles S.O.A.R. (Skills for Occupational Advancement and Readiness) Program teaches  employability skills and helps you gain credentials to enter the workforce. The Eagles S.O.A.R. Program is available to Lauderdale County residents, ages 16-24, who are are former high school students (graduates or students who have dropped out). 

Career & Testing Center

MCC's Career and Testing Center is open to students and community members. It is fully equipped with a computer lab that offers resources for job searches, resume writing, and online research. Whether you are searching for local job opportunities or seeking high-stakes professional certifications, the MCC Career and Testing Center is your one-stop destination.
