A productive workforce is vital to our local economy. MCC Workforce Development assists business and industry in Meridian and Lauderdale County to ensure companies have the best training possible. To expand the efforts to meet the community's needs, MCC opened a $6.2 million renovation
of its Highway 19 North MCC-Riley Workforce Development Center in the Spring 2017.
The new center is a state-of-the-art workforce training center and will be a showcase
to existing and prospective industry.
