Meridian Community College's  Adult Education division manages the MIBEST Program through the MS Community College Board with funding from the MS Department of Human Services.

 Who is eligible?

  • Adults, age 17 and older, with no high school diploma
  • Adults enrolled in the Adult Education program
  • Mississippi residents

Why enroll?

  • No cost for qualifying students for their first semester of attendance.
  • Complete up to 15 hours of college credit while working towards your high school equivalency
