The Quave

MCC Campus Life provides various campus organizations, special interest groups, and social activities.
The Campus Life Program provides activities designed to complement and supplement classroom education by providing another learning experience.

Activities are created to involve students in the college and the community.  Students get help with college decision-making, provide leadership training opportunities and develop professional and personal growth opportunities through student organizations.

Three intramural sports are offered each semester at MCC. Volleyball, flag football, and kickball are offered during the fall semester. The spring semester brings the opportunity to participate in ultimate Frisbee, 3-on-3 basketball, and dodgeball. The Campus Life Department is open to ideas for other sporting activities, if feasible. Intramural are fun ways to meet new people and stay active. Each semester, the winning teams receive an intramural championship shirt. Individual sports such as ping pong, X-Box video games, and disc golf are also encouraged.

The David H. Quave Family, for whom the student center is named, is recognized for having made the largest donation to the college by an individual. An MCC alumnus, Mr. Quave, designated the gift to be used solely to foster student success.
