Damon Fitness Center 

The Meridian Community College Damon Fitness Center offers a wide variety of activities for students, faculty, and the community. Opened in January 1990 with renovations completed in June 2004 on the natatorium, the fitness center is located above the MCC Baseball complex. It offers course classes for credit and non-credit.

The Damon Fitness Center Natatorium features a six-lane, 25-meter pool and a weight room with Inflight fitness equipment and free weights. For cardio, AMT, treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers, and other equipment. The dance studio has a cushioned floor, bars for stretching, fitness balls, spin bikes, and TRX bands.

We offer general memberships, which include entry to the weight room, swimming pool, track, and tennis courts; weight room memberships, which include access to the weight room and exercise equipment; and lap/leisure swim memberships.

The pool is used by students, faculty, staff, and community residents for their health and wellness. The facility can be used to host pool parties for students and events: swimming lessons, water aerobics, lifeguard training, and water safety classes. Members can enjoy a six-lane, 25-meter pool (60 lengths or 30 laps equal a mile). Best of all, you can swim year-round as it is heated.
