To order an MCC transcript, please click the “Transcript Request” link and complete the online form. There is no fee for transcripts. We must receive your request in writing and do not accept transcript requests over the phone. You may also request your transcript by completing and mailing, faxing or emailing the Transcript Request form to:

Sending Transcripts Electronically
Institutions that have the ability to accept transcripts through e-Scrip-Safe will be submitted electronically. All other requests will be sent through regular mail.
Transcripts will not be released until all holds are removed from the student’s account. This includes business office, campus police, admissions, library and Single Parent Homemaker Services holds.
Enrollment verification is available free of charge to students through their Eaglenet account. The form letter is easily accessible under the "Stu. Registration" tab by clicking the “Enrollment Verification” under "Registration Planning."
Student Information Release
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that protects the privacy of academic records. This law applies to all students, regardless of age, once enrolled in a post-secondary (college) institution.
In order for anyone to have access to a student's record (other than the student themself) the student must come to the Records Office (located in the main lobby of Ivy Hall) to complete a "Student Information Release" form in person. Photo ID is required. The information release form cannot be accepted from anyone other than the student. The decision to sign the "Student Information Release" form is solely voluntary and can be updated or revoked at any time by coming to the Records Office and completing the necessary form(s).
